Meeting Isamar truly made my stay unforgettable! When I arrived, she greeted me with such warmth, kindness, and genuine care that I instantly felt at home. She didn’t just do her job she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that I was comfortable and happy throughout my stay. Her compassion, patience, and beautiful spirit really stood out, and it meant more to me than she probably knows. She is an absolute gem and a true blessing to this hotel. We had a great experience. The hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver Govinda was especially helpful. Very kind and went above and beyond to help us. He is an excellent representative of the hotel. We will stay here again.

What an amazing stay. Their Bar Lounge food was the highlight. The Room, Hotel Entrance, BF area everything was absolutely clean. I would like to appreciate Receptionist Ankit, he was very kind and helpful. Thanks Ankit for all the help. We really enjoyed our stay here. No doubt, it's going to be our stay for all upcoming long journeys while going back home.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, with easy access via air train or car. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. While the breakfast options were limited, they were still enjoyable, except for the frozen boiled hard-boiled eggs. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-organized. Additionally, the hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere. However, parking is a concern, as there’s limited space. If you choose to park your car near the hotel, you’ll have to pay $50. Despite this, the overall price is reasonable. The hotel provides complimentary coffee in the room and at the reception area.

I stayed at this hotel for a short Thanksgiving visit to New York and had a great experience. The staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating from start to finish. The food was enjoyable, the rooms were comfortable, and the every-other-day housekeeping was a thoughtful touch—something you don’t always get at other hotel chains unless you specifically ask (and sometimes even then!). A special shoutout to the bartender—she was engaging, attentive, and offered excellent food recommendations that did not disappoint. She’s truly a gem. The concierge experience was just as smooth; all my packages were handled effortlessly with zero hassle. Even without Hilton membership perks, I would confidently recommend this hotel for its solid amenities, convenient access to transportation, and overall affordability. It’s a smart, comfortable choice for a New York stay.

The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and a special mention goes to Mr. Ankit, who was exceptionally helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. He made the entire experience welcoming from the very beginning. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, which was perfect after a long journey. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and great quality, making mornings pleasant and stress-free. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and based on my stay and my friends’ positive experiences as well, I’ve already rebooked this hotel for my next stay at JFK. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and convenience near the airport!

Shuttle drivers were kind and super helpful. My wife and newborn daughter ran into an issue checking in (we made a mistake on our booking) and Melissa at the front desk did an *amazing* job of helping us. Saved us from a baby’s first flight fiasco. Could not recommend this place more! Property is clean though not super fancy, what it lacks in 5 star amenities it more than makes up for with wonderful staff! Thank you again Melissa, you saved our trip :)
